Booking Conditions

1. A non refundable 50% booking fee will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be requested up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

2. Appointment reminders will be sent by email and text 5 days prior to the appointment, allowing plenty of time to cancel or rearrange if necessary.

​

3. If notice to cancel or rearrange is not received 48 hours prior to the appointment you will be charged on the following scale:

- More than 48 hours notice - NO charge and the booking fee can be used to re-book another appointment.
- Between 48 and 24 hours notice - 50% of the appointment will be charged
- 24 hours or less - The FULL amount is payable. If you paid by credit/debit card, any remaining balance will be taken from the card on file.

NO SHOWS: if you do not turn up for an appointment, full payment will be charged for the missed appointment. If you have previously paid a booking fee by credit/debit card, the remaining appointment balance will be taken within 48 hours of the missed appointment. The full amount will then be taken in advance for subsequent appointments.

4. Unfortunately, If you are late to your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly due to other clients scheduled after your appointment. (Full treatment cost will still be payable). If you are late by 15 minutes or more, the appointment may need to be cancelled and full payment is still required as the time was allocated especially for you.

5. Appointments during Bank holidays require full payment and are non refundable/non transferable.

6. You are required to come alone to your appointment as there are no waiting facilities available. If you are being dropped off please ensure that they arrive to pick you up on time as there are no waiting facilities.

​

7. Please avoid attending/making appointments within 4 days of having a Covid, flu or any other vaccination. If you feel unwell and need to cancel, please provide a minimum of 48 hours to avoid cancellation charges as set out above.

8. If you have covid, you are required to cancel. Less than 48 hours notice will attract cancellation fees so cancel as soon as you know.

​

9. Body & Sole may cancel an appointment at short notice due to accident, emergency or illness.

 

10. Body & Sole retains the right to decline or cancel an appointment.

​

11. Please note that there a cats on the premises.  They are not allowed in the treatment room for hygiene reasons but is you are allergic or dislike cats, please do not book an appointment as you will not be refunded if you decline your appointment upon arrival due to this reason.
