MASSAGE THERAPY

All clients will be required to complete a full consultation form prior to the acceptance of an appointment. This will be sent once you have made a booking online. If massage is not suitable for you, then the appointment will be cancelled and deposit returned. Please not that MALE clients are only seen by referral by an existing client. Body & Sole only offers professional massage services.
Please note that I do not offer pregnancy massage. However, I do offer treatments involving elements of massage in my Signature Range as well as reflexology which are equally relaxing for Mams to be.

Swedish Massage OR Deep Tissue?
​
Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and relief from stress. It is a more soothing massage but attention can be paid to tissue knots and problem areas.
​
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same stroking and kneading movements as Swedish massage, but there’s far more pressure and may seem slower. Deep tissue massage targets the inner layers of your muscles, tendons, fascia and dense connective tissue​. It uses a lot more pressure that Swedish massage and can be uncomfortable at points during the massage.

Back of body massage - Legs, feet, back, neck, shoulders - 40 mins - £30.00

Full Body Massage - 60 mins - 41.00
​
Full Body Massage with head or feet massage - 70 mins - £46.00
This is an extended full body massage to include extra time to enjoy either a foot or head massage.

Soft Cupping Massage Prices
​
Soft cupping uses negative pressure which allows the cups to penetrate 10cms into the body to provide a deep massage without pain. Soft cupping uses silicone cups that glide over the skin to massage. Not suitable in pregnancy, those taking blood thinners, uncontrolled diabetes and those with excessive hair (normally men).
