This is one hour to unwind and relax. You will get comfy on the heated massage bed and then your treatment begins. Hot stones are placed on your tummy to provide a comforting heat while others are used to massage hands, arms and décolleté. The massage then moves onto your scalp and you can drift off. The treatment finishes with your feet receiving calming reflexology.
Destress Duo - (60 minutes) £42.00

A neck, back and shoulder massage begins your journey, soothing your senses. This is followed by a 30 minute reflexology session to melt away any stress and allow you some much needed 'me time'.

Peaceful Escape - (75 mins) - £58.00
Enjoy 70 minutes of peaceful escapism. Your treatment will start with hot cloths to your feet and hot stones will be placed on the soles of your feet. You will then receive a soothing hot stone neck, back and shoulder massage to calm your body. Stones will then be placed on your tummy and hands while you feet receive a 40 minute reflexology treatment. A beautifully relaxing treatment.

The treatment starts with a body brush of the back and hot stones placed in your palms. A calming neck, back and shoulder massage is followed by a salt scrub and removed with hot towels to deepen your state of relaxation. A 30 minute reflexology treatment will finish the leave you feeling uplifted.

Salt Body Buff and Scalp (50 min) - £42.50
This is an express full body exfoliation. Great for removing dead and dull skin ready for a holiday tan or fake tan. The body is scrubbed with a coconut salt scrub and removed with hot cloths. There is NO massage with this treatment.

Salt Glow Body Renew (80 min) - £55.00
with Himalyan Sea Salt

The treatment starts with a body brush followed by a full body massage. A generous application of pink Himalayan salt body scrub is then applied to gently remove dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin whilst the hydrating oil moisturises. Hot aromatic cloths are used to remove the scrub and help you reach deeper relaxation. Treatment finishes with a choice of a head or foot massage.

Cleansing Back Facial - (50 mins) £42.50
Body brush, back cleanse, tone, aroma-steam, Sea Salt exfoliation, back massage, clay body mask, hot cloths and a hydra-tonic moisture boost to finish. A head and leg/foot massage will be carried out during the aroma-steam and body mask treatment.

Foot Heaven (80 mins) - £53.00
This is a complete treat for the feet. The treatment starts with hot mitts to bathe your feet. Hot stones will be placed on your tummy and hands. Your lower legs (up to the knee) will be massaged with hot stones to loosen tight
calf muscles and a full one hour reflexology treatment will then provide a soothing and relaxing experience. A foot exfoliation and lavender and peppermint foot spray will end the treatment.
